You're elbow-deep in a panel. Your phone rings. AlphaAssist answers.

An AI receptionist built for electricians. It picks up while your hands are busy, collects the job details, screens out the tire-kickers, books the real work, and texts you a summary before you're off the ladder. It can even answer in your own voice.

Why electricians use it

The caller you missed just hired the next electrician on Google.

You physically can't pick up

Panel work, attic runs, service upgrades: most of your day your hands are full and your phone is in the truck. Voicemail converts terribly. A live answer books the job.

Screen before you roll a truck

The AI asks what the caller actually needs: dead outlet, breaker tripping, panel upgrade, EV charger quote. You see the details in a text and decide what's worth the drive.

Estimate requests come in after hours

Homeowners call about remodels and service upgrades in the evening, after their own workday. The AI answers at 8 PM the same way it does at 8 AM, and the lead is yours by morning.

How it works

Set up in about ten minutes.

1. Get a number, or keep yours

Every plan includes a local number. Most electricians keep their existing number and forward missed calls, so the AI only answers what you can't.

2. Train it on your business

Upload your service list, rates, service area, and policies. The AI answers caller questions from your own documents, not a generic script.

3. Calls answered, screened, texted to you

Urgent calls can be transferred through. Real jobs get booked. Every call ends with a text to your phone with the caller, the address, and what they need.

FAQ

Common questions from electricians

Can it collect real job details, not just a name and number?
Yes. It asks intake questions you control: what's the problem, where's the property, service call or estimate, how urgent. The summary text gives you enough to quote or triage without a callback.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Most electricians keep their number and forward calls they miss, so the AI only answers when you can't. You can also port your number in, or use the included local number.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Voice cloning is included from the Starter tier, so it can sound like you. You choose whether it discloses that it's automated.
What does it cost beyond the plan?
Plans include a monthly bundle of call minutes, SMS, and emails. Overages are $0.15 per call minute and $0.05 per text. No setup fee, no contract.

Every missed call is someone else's service upgrade.
