AlphaAssist sends text messages to subscribing business owners only for transactional purposes — caller alerts, appointment booking notifications, and account/billing updates. We do not send messages to callers, prospects, or any non-subscriber. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
When a business owner subscribes to AlphaAssist, they enter their mobile phone number and tick a required, unchecked consent checkbox on our checkout page at alphaai-assist.com/checkout before proceeding to payment. Without ticking the box, the form cannot be submitted.

Frequency: Varies with the owner's call volume — typically 1–20 messages per day.
Audit trail: Each opt-in is timestamped and stored alongside the exact consent text the subscriber agreed to. Available on request.
