What happens if Jobber is down or unreachable?
AlphaAssist will queue the call data and retry syncing for up to 24 hours. Once Jobber is back online, the calls sync automatically. You'll also see a notification in AlphaAssist if a sync fails so you can follow up manually if needed.
Can I customize which calls sync to Jobber?
Yes. During setup, you can filter by call category (e.g., only booking requests sync, or only service inquiries). You can also set a manual review step if you want to approve calls before they create jobs in Jobber.
Does the integration pull Jobber data back into AlphaAssist?
Partially. AlphaAssist syncs your Jobber customer list daily so it can match inbound callers to existing customers. This enriches the call record but doesn't pull full job details into AlphaAssist. The main flow is calls → Jobber.
